Cadillac, Lexus, Toyota Get Top Satisfaction Index Scores

Cadillac, Lexus, and Toyota all tied for first place in the American Customer Satisfaction Index's yearly ranking of automakers - all with a score of 87 out of 100. Lincoln and Mercedes tied for second place with a score of 86. Toyota was the only non-luxury brand that made it into the top five. Meanwhile, BMW fell to 11th place with a score of 83, its lowest score in a dozen years.
